Service Requirements

1. 3D model with material specifications, placed in  the project topography.

2. Model format:

          .rvt (Revit 2026 or earlier).

          .skp (SketchUp 2026 or earlier).

          .max (3ds Max 2026 or earlier).

3. Mood board or reference images.

4. Required view parameters.

5. References for furniture and interior decoration (modeling of fixed furniture incurs an additional cost), as well as the context.

6. Model review according to service characterization.

Service Features

1. Review the 3D model.

2. Import the model into the rendering engine.

3. Set up materials (search, incorporate, and configure the material in the model imported into the rendering engine).

4. Incorporation of assets for external and internal environment.

5. Set up the camera according to view requirements.

6. First rendering.

7. Post-production according to mood boar or reference images.

8. First review: Camera settings, atmosphere, image detail definition (4K-6K), lighting, materiality.

   NO CHANGES TO THE MODEL.

9. Correction of observations.

10. Second review: according to previous observations.

11. Correction of observations.

12. Delivery of the final package.

Payment Method

50% of the amount wil be paid when the work begins and the other 50% when it is completed.
